WE COLLECT AND SELL YOUR CLOTHES

At Hibuy, we sell preloved clothing for women, children, and babies. We want to create a world where we can all share items, see different styles, and enjoy them at very low prices. And to do that, we need you!

Time is money, and space is precious, so the process is very simple and will only take a few minutes. Select your clothes, and we'll take care of the rest. 

REMEMBER: Send us only what you would give to your best friend.

HOW TO SELL YOUR CLOTHES ON HIBUY?

1. Select the clothing you want to send us. A minimum of 20 items must be sent (below you'll find a guide on what we accept and what we don't accept).

2. Prepare one or more boxes. THE BOX CANNOT WEIGH MORE THAN 10KG.

  • MADRID : €6.99 (per box)
  • REST OF PROVINCES (PENINSULA): €9.99 (per box)

*We do not collect in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

3. Request your pickup in the "Sell Your Clothes" section of the website. Once we accept your pickup request, you'll receive an email and can make the corresponding payment.

4. Once we receive payment, you will receive the label(s) that you must stick on the box(es) so that they can be collected.

5. When it arrives... WE'LL TAKE CARE OF THE REST!

- We value clothing based on its condition, brand, and season.

- We photograph them, measure them and put them into circulation

  • We handle all sales and after-sales service for you.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Tip :) : Wash your garments thoroughly before sending them. You'll get rid of stains and odors, increasing the likelihood that we'll accept them. At Hibuy, we're very particular about the garments we sell, and if they're not in good condition, we will NOT offer them for sale.

WHAT DO WE ACCEPT?

WOMEN'S, BABIES' AND CHILDREN'S CLOTHING

  • PERFECT . NO unstitching, NO rips, NO fading, NO snags, NO pilling. Yes, it has buttons, they should all be there.
  • CLEAN . NO stains and NO odors (wash clothes before shipping)
  • UNPERSONALIZED, CUSTOM MADE OR WITH ALTERATION.
  • The FOOTWEAR must be NEW with or without a label, that is, without signs of use.
  • BAGS AND ACCESSORIES . (Earrings must be new with tags)
  • Luxury products such as handbags, glasses, and shoes must come with a warranty, receipt, ticket, or some other proof of authenticity.
  • CURRENT. No more than 5 years old and appropriate for the season (spring-summer, fall-winter). Summer clothing will NOT be accepted in winter and vice versa. Vintage clothing is valued once it arrives.

WHAT DO WE NOT ACCEPT?

WE DO NOT ACCEPT : Any garment that does not meet the requirements stated above. Therefore, if your clothing, or that of your baby or child, does not meet these conditions, it cannot be offered for sale.

  • Footwear that has internal or external signs of use or is not labeled.
  • Swimwear (unless it is new with tag and protector)
  • Sportswear (Unless it is new with tag)
  • We do not accept clothing that is clearly outdated (more than 5 seasons old ) except for vintage products that have maintained their charm over the years.
  • We do not accept brands like SHEIN, PRIMARK, C&A, SHANA,...
  • We do not accept basic items , meaning solid colors and simple fabrics. Except for premium and luxury brands.
  • Custom- made clothing
  • " Ceremony " clothing
  • Sleepwear (unless NEW WITH TAG)
  • Women's, children's, and baby underwear (bodysuits, pajamas, socks, tights, etc.)
  • Men 's clothing
  • Baby bibs or baby hygiene products.

**Hibuy reserves the right not to sell items that, despite meeting the general conditions, are considered to be difficult to sell based on our experience.

CAN I GET MY CLOTHES BACK?

YES. Both before and after putting them on sale.

If you wish to return one or more items once they have been listed for sale, you can do so for a fee of €0.99 per item and €14.99 for shipping (checkout) and handling. For physical pickup in Madrid, the fee is €0.99 per item and €7.99 for handling (checkout). It takes time for us to receive the clothing, inspect it, and issue the delivery note. Simply request the payment link by email. Shipping may take 15-20 days to complete.

Payment for the recovery must be made within 24/72 hours of the request. If it is not received within the indicated period, the clothing will be automatically donated without the possibility of recovery.

If you've changed your mind and want to return items marked for donation, the return claim period after confirmation is 72 hours. After this time, the item will be considered donated and will be recycled or donated.

*Hibuy reserves the right not to value all items in a shipment if the majority do not meet the established sales conditions. Therefore, neither suitable nor unsuitable items will be valued.

HOW MUCH DO I GET FOR MY SALES?

At Hibuy Market, we sell clothing at a discount of between 55% and 90% off the estimated retail price. The amount you'll receive for your clothing is:

*Hibuy reserves the right to waive the 55% commission on new, tag-on items that are older than the age established in our general rules. How can I tell if my item is vintage? For example: if your new, tag-on item is from Zara but the logo is old, i.e., not the brand's current one, this item is older than the listed price. Although the item will be accepted, your commission will be based on its price range.

Once you accept the appraisal of the garments, we take the photos and publish them on the website. If you don't accept the appraisal within 24 hours of being notified that they're available, suitable items will be automatically put up for sale, and unsuitable items will be donated.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY EARNINGS?

In your Himoney account, you'll be able to see all your items. As they sell, your commission will be frozen for 30 days in your "Outstanding Balance." After those 30 days (the return period), your balance will be available for:

1. Shop at Hibuy with a 5% discount :) (the amount you want, it doesn't have to be the entire balance)

2. Transfer it to your bank account. You can transfer all or part of your balance to your bank account by entering your IBAN. Your money will be in your account within a maximum of 10 business days.

*If your transfer is more than €400 per month, you may receive it in installments.
