RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We know you'll love everything, but if there's something you don't...
How can I return an item?
You must log in to your account and go to "My Order History and Details." Locate the purchase from which you wish to return an item, click "Return," and select the items you want to return. A Return Form will be generated for you to print and send along with the items you don't want. The shipping address appears on this form.
It's very important that you send us the items you wish to return in a tightly sealed cardboard box or in a tightly sealed, multi-layered bag to prevent loss or damage to any items.
What is the deadline for making a return?
You can return any order or item within 15 days of placing the order, within which time we should receive the package with the items.
EXAMPLE: If you place an order on the 1st of month X, the return must arrive at our warehouse no later than the 15th of that same month. Therefore, it's very important to calculate the return request and shipping times so that it doesn't arrive late.
After 15 days, no refunds will be issued. Therefore, if your order arrives after the 16th day (from the date of purchase), it will be automatically returned and will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
You can choose the transport company you prefer to send us the garments and therefore cover the costs derived from the shipment,
For WEB orders returned to our office, an exchange or voucher will be issued.
*Items in the OUTLET or CLEARANCE section cannot be exchanged or returned.
*Items subject to special discounts/occasional promotions/sales cannot be exchanged or returned . The use of discount coupons such as HAPPYDAYS, SALES, HIBUY10, or any other type of discount is considered a special discount, and therefore items cannot be exchanged or returned.
*ATREZATÜRE or stock brands do not accept changes or returns
*Garments from the GUEST or PARTY section do not accept exchanges or returns.
How will I receive my refund?
We'll refund your return once we receive the garments within a maximum of 10 days. We'll send you a confirmation email. Remember that the refund will be sent to the same card used to make the payment.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect order?
If we sent you an incorrect item or one that has a defect we didn't detect, please contact us at info@hibuymarket.com with as much information as possible about the issue. It would also be extremely helpful if you could send us a photo.
www.hibuymarket.com reserves the right to reject returns reported or sent outside the established timeframe, or items that are not in the same condition as when received.
