HIBUY compiles its Cookie Collection and Processing Policy in compliance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

    1.- Technical cookies These are those that allow you as a user to navigate through a website, platform or application and use the different options or services that exist therein, such as, for example, controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted access parts, remembering the elements that make up an order, carrying out the purchase process of an order, making the request for registration or participation in an event, using security elements during navigation, storing content for the dissemination of videos or sound or sharing content through social networks.

    2.- Analytical cookies: These cookies are used to collect user activity statistics. These cookies analyze the number of users visiting the website, the number of pages visited, as well as user activity and frequency of use. The information collected is always anonymous, so no link can be established between it and the individual to whom it refers.

    3.- Authentication cookies These are used by the website to maintain the user's session during each visit, and are dominant in private areas of the website that require a username and password for access.

    4.- Cookies used by social networks allow the user to share content of interest with their contacts on a social network by clicking the corresponding button (plug-in) inserted on the website.

    5.- Cookies used by external content plugins. These cookies are stored by third parties and are necessary for the provision of certain services.

    6.- Third-party cookies for customizing advertising spaces. These are stored by third parties and allow users to manage the advertising space they see when accessing the website.

WHO USES THE INFORMATION STORED IN COOKIES?

The information stored in our website cookies is used exclusively by us, with the exception of the Google Analytics cookie, which is used and managed by Google and us for statistical purposes, and the payment transaction analysis cookie, which is generated exclusively when a purchase is made and analyzed by an external company in order to provide sufficient guarantees regarding payment transactions.
